De CAL 2 test wordt georganiseerd volgens de reglementen van de ENCI en dat houdt in dat het afstaan van DNA verplicht is. Een dierenarts zal op zaterdagochtend aanwezig zijn om een DNA staal af te nemen van de deelnemende honden.
De DNA stalen zullen bewaard worden in laboratorium “Instituto Spallazani” in Rivolta d’Adda (Italië) en dienen, in geval van twijfel, om de identiteit van de betreffende honden vast te stellen.
Door middel van het DNA staal kunnen deelnemers eveneens aan een dopingcontrole worden onderworpen, dit is geen standaard procedure, maar we wijzen u op het feit dat controle mogelijk is.

Vanwege de mogelijkheid op dopingcontrole worden reeds vastgelegde DNA-profielen niet aanvaard. Honden die reeds een DNA-staal lieten opslaan in Italië, in een door de ENCI erkend laboratorium, waarvan de eigenaar een document in zijn bezit heeft, dienen geen DNA af te staan op 6 juli.
Aan de deelnemers van de CAL 2 test wordt 20 € bijdrage gevraagd per DNA afname per hond. De Belgian Cane Corso Club neemt de meerprijs die deze procedure met zich meebrengt voor haar rekening.

Le test CAL 2 est organisé conformément aux réglementations de l’ENCI, ce qui signifie que le dépôt d’ADN est obligatoire. Un vétérinaire prélèvera le samedi matin un échantillon d’ADN des chiens participant.
Les échantillons d’ADN seront conservés au laboratoire “Instituto Spallazani” de Rivolta d’Adda (Italie) et serviront, en cas de doute, à établir l’identité des chiens concernés.
À l’aide de l’échantillon d’ADN, les participants peuvent également être soumis à un test de dopage. Ce n’est pas une procédure standard, mais nous soulignons que un contrôle est possible.

En raison de la possibilité d’un contrôle antidopage, les profils ADN déjà enregistrés ne sont pas acceptés. Les chiens qui disposaient déjà d’un échantillon d’ADN stocké en Italie dans un laboratoire agréé par l’ENCI, dont le propriétaire est en possession d’un document, ne sont pas tenus de fournir l’ADN le 6 juillet.
Les participants au test CAL 2 payeront une contribution de 20 € par depôt ADN par chien. Le Belgian Cane Corso Club prends pour son compte les coûts supplémentaires entraînés par cette procédure.

The CAL 2 test is organized in accordance with ENCI regulations, which means that the deposition of DNA is obligatory. A veterinarian will take on Saturday morning a DNA sample of the participating dogs.
The DNA deposits will be stored in the “Instituto Spallazani” of Rivolta d’Adda (Italy) and will be used, in case of doubt, to establish the identity of the dogs concerned.
By the DNA sample, participants can also be tested for doping. This is not a standard procedure, but we emphasize that a control is possible.

Due to the possibility of an anti-doping control, DNA profiles already registered are not accepted. Dogs that already had a DNA sample stored in Italy in an ENCI approved laboratory, whose owner is in possession of a document, are not required to provide DNA on 6 July.
CAL 2 participants will pay a fee of 20 € per DNA deposit per dog. The Belgian Cane Corso Club takes care of the additional costs involved in this procedure.
